Fully funded student exchanges with US universities.

 

Subject:           Electronics and MEMS for Biomedical applications

 

How:              2-3 month placement
Time: during this summer (2008)
Where:            at one of the following US universities:

·        Georgia Institute of Technology

·        University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign

·        University of Michigan at Ann Arbor

Eligibility:       European Union Citizens only.
MEng students during the summer of their 3rd year

                        MSc students

                        Research (PhD) Students

EEE. Bioengineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautics

Academic performance: Upper Second or better

 

Funding:          Airfare + Stipend

Procedure:      Apply by email with CV and transcript to Christos Papavassiliou in the EEE department

Application will be reviewed also by preferred US host

 

Availability:    up to 6 placements (to be confirmed with U.S. partners)
